Gather

You play as a silly little rat fella, who must go out into the city to gather food for their silly little rat family.

This was made for a school assignment. We had to pick a topic to build a narrative game around in a program called Bitsy. My chosen topic was "rat populations in major US cities and how humans are dealing with it." Specifically, the methods in which we exterminate rats, taken from the perspective of a rat. I was imagining how a topic like that would be perceived in media like this, where animals are almost always portrayed as having some sort of human-like intelligence, like they're in a Disney movie or something. I hope I got that across well...

There were more things I wanted to do, but with an approaching deadline, and Bitsy being very limited and kind of tedious to work with, I just didn't have the time or energy. I'm writing this description at 6:46am after the 4th all-nighter I've pulled finishing schoolwork like this...
